Your questions.

How does the setup work?

We set it up for you, from your catalogue and your customers’ prices to delivery and WhatsApp. You check it all with us before your first order, and we stay with you after.

Can I bring my customers and their prices?

Yes. Your products, your trade customers and their price lists come in during the setup, from a spreadsheet or from an export of the tool you use today.

When does e-invoicing apply to my business?

In France, every business must accept e-invoices from 1 September 2026; small businesses send them from 1 September 2027. In the UAE, most businesses start on 1 July 2027, and in Oman, small and medium ones in August 2027.

Do I keep my WhatsApp number, and what does it cost?

The number and the WhatsApp Business account stay yours. Message fees are included up to a volume set for each plan.

Which languages does it speak?

Your system and your invoices work in French, English and Arabic, as well as German and Spanish. In the Gulf, invoices are bilingual, in Arabic and English.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your System OÜ, a European company based in Estonia, runs your system, and you can export your data at any time.
